FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
What to know before exploring the Cache.
What does TC Cache sell?
Trading cards, building blocks, toys, collectibles, and related hobby accessories. Pokémon is the leading category at launch.
Is TC Cache a physical store?
No. Trading Card Cache LLC is an online-only New Hampshire retailer with no public storefront.
What is Fully Loaded Gifts?
Eligible Pokémon purchases include a complimentary seven-dice roll. The total matches a gift on the current prize board, and the gift ships with the order.
Does every product include a Fully Loaded roll?
No. Only products marked with the Fully Loaded gold-die badge are eligible. The listing will state exactly what is included.
What does “Fee Free or Die” mean?
It is TC Cache’s direct-buy philosophy: reduce unnecessary marketplace seller fees so more value can go toward competitive pricing, inventory, and customer rewards.
Does direct shopping eliminate every fee?
No. Payment processing, shipping supplies, taxes, and normal operating costs still exist. The phrase refers specifically to reducing large marketplace fees.
Does being based in New Hampshire make every order sales-tax free?
No. New Hampshire has no general sales tax on goods purchased in the state, but online orders shipped elsewhere may be subject to applicable destination-state tax rules. Any tax TC Cache is required to collect will be shown during checkout.
Can the Fully Loaded prize board change?
Yes. The board may be updated when prizes are won, inventory changes, or the Gift Bonanza grows or resets.
How do shipping and returns work?
Shipping terms are shown during the purchase process. Sealed TCG products specifically marked as containing unopened randomized packs are final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges, except where required by law or for qualifying fulfillment issues such as an incorrect or materially misrepresented item. Any item-specific terms are also shown on the product listing before purchase.
