These Build Program Terms and Product Disclosure (the “Build Terms”) supplement the TC Cache Terms and Conditions for customer-directed products created through a TC Cache Build Program. Build products are assembled by Trading Card Cache LLC, doing business as TC Cache (“TC Cache,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). If these Build Terms conflict with the general Terms regarding a Build product, these more specific Build Terms control to the extent permitted by law.
Capitalized terms not defined in this document have the meanings given in the TC Cache Terms and Conditions.
1. Scope and Build Program
TC Cache may offer customer-directed product-building services under names such as Build a Booster, Build a Deck, Build a Set, Build a Box, Build a Bundle, or another future TC Cache Build offering. Together, these are the “Build Program.”
A Build Program product is a TC Cache-created assortment assembled from customer selections and the options offered by TC Cache. The precise contents, quantity, packaging, protection choices, theme, or other configuration may vary by Build offering.
2. Independent TC Cache Assembly
TC Cache selects, groups, protects, presents, packages, and, where applicable, seals the completed Build according to the customer's confirmed selections and the Build options offered at the time of purchase.
Unless expressly identified as an original factory-sealed product, the completed TC Cache Build package is not a manufacturer-created booster pack, deck, box, set, bundle, collection, or official randomized assortment.
TC Cache may use original TC Cache branding, Build-series names, Jaimus artwork, themes, labels, inserts, or packaging presentation. Those features identify the completed product as a TC Cache Build and do not convert it into manufacturer packaging for any third-party card or collectible inside.
Back to top3. Third-Party Brands and No Affiliation
A Build may contain genuine trading cards, collectibles, or accessories originally manufactured or published by one or more unrelated third parties. A single Build may contain products from different trading card games, manufacturers, publishers, licensors, leagues, or brands.
The inclusion of genuine branded merchandise does not mean that the manufacturer or rights holder assembled, sponsored, endorsed, approved, authorized, distributed, or participates in the TC Cache Build Program.
Third-party trademarks, product names, characters, artwork, logos, and other intellectual property remain the property of their respective owners. TC Cache may identify genuine products by their ordinary names for descriptive retail purposes.
Back to top4. Customer-Directed Selections
Depending on the Build offering, customers may select specific cards, categories, quantities, finishes, product types, themes, packaging styles, protection options, or other available components.
TC Cache will use the customer's confirmed selections as the basis for assembly. A customer's choices do not guarantee that a Build is suitable for any purpose beyond the Build description shown before purchase.
A Build may intentionally combine products that would not ordinarily appear together in a manufacturer-created package, including products from multiple unrelated brands.
Back to top5. Review Before Submission
Customers are responsible for reviewing the Build summary before submitting the order, including the selected contents, quantities, theme, protection options, and displayed price.
TC Cache may present a review screen, order summary, confirmation step, or similar interface before purchase. If a customer notices an error after submission, they should contact TC Cache promptly. Cancellation or correction is not guaranteed once custom assembly has begun.
A technical display, stale browser state, or local-storage selection does not override the authoritative Build configuration accepted by TC Cache during checkout.
Back to top6. Inventory and Availability
Build selections remain subject to authoritative inventory validation until the applicable order is accepted and the necessary components are reserved for fulfillment.
A component may become unavailable because of a prior sale, inventory discrepancy, damage, duplicate inventory record, catalog error, or another legitimate circumstance. TC Cache may temporarily remove or disable Build options when sufficient inventory or operational capacity is unavailable.
Placing a selection into an in-progress Build does not permanently reserve that component unless TC Cache expressly states otherwise.
Back to top7. Substitutions and Build Changes
TC Cache will not intentionally substitute a materially different customer-selected item merely to complete a Build without the customer's consent.
If a selected component becomes unavailable before assembly, TC Cache may contact the customer to approve a replacement, remove and refund the unavailable component where appropriate, or cancel the affected Build.
Minor fulfillment changes that do not alter the selected merchandise, such as equivalent protective materials or non-material packaging components, may be made when reasonably necessary unless the customer specifically purchased a particular protected option.
Back to top8. Customization Requests and Content
Some current or future Build products may permit names, messages, artwork choices, labels, themes, or other customer-directed personalization. TC Cache may refuse, remove, or require modification of a customization request that TC Cache reasonably believes:
- is unlawful, threatening, hateful, obscene, abusive, or deceptive;
- infringes or appears to infringe another person's trademark, copyright, publicity, privacy, or other rights;
- falsely implies sponsorship, endorsement, or manufacturer affiliation;
- creates a safety or production concern;
- cannot reasonably be produced with available materials; or
- otherwise conflicts with published Build rules.
Submitting a customization request does not transfer third-party intellectual property rights to the customer or to TC Cache.
Back to top9. Pricing and Build Components
The displayed Build price may include a base configuration plus optional selected cards, products, packaging, protection, or other additions. The review screen or checkout summary controls the amount presented for the completed Build, subject to the pricing-error provisions in the Terms and Conditions.
TC Cache may change prices for future Build configurations and unsold inventory. A previously displayed Build price does not create a permanent price entitlement for a later Build.
The price of a Build reflects the configured TC Cache product and assembly service. It does not represent a manufacturer-established retail price for an official booster, box, deck, or set unless TC Cache expressly states that an original manufacturer-sealed product is being sold.
Back to top10. Assembly, Cancellation, and Final Sale
Because Build products are assembled according to customer choices, they may become Final Sale and non-cancellable once custom assembly begins, to the extent permitted by law and as disclosed before purchase.
Before assembly begins, TC Cache may attempt to honor a cancellation or correction request, but cancellation is not guaranteed after fulfillment work has started.
Final Sale treatment does not eliminate an appropriate remedy where TC Cache assembled something materially different from the customer's confirmed selections, supplied the wrong merchandise, materially misdescribed the Build, the order suffered qualifying shipping damage, or applicable law requires another remedy.
The Returns & Refunds Policy provides the transaction-specific return framework.
Back to top11. Unopened Commercial Resale Restriction
TC Cache Build products are intended for personal use, gifting, collecting, or opening. They are not intended for commercial resale as unopened TC Cache-assembled retail products.
As a condition of purchasing a Build Program product, the original purchaser agrees not to commercially advertise, distribute, or resell the completed TC Cache-assembled package in unopened or sealed form without TC Cache's prior written permission, to the extent that contractual restriction is enforceable under applicable law.
Regardless of whether a contractual resale restriction applies in a particular jurisdiction, no person is authorized to falsely represent a TC Cache Build as an official manufacturer-produced or manufacturer-sealed product, conceal TC Cache source disclosures to mislead another buyer, or otherwise create a false impression concerning source, sponsorship, endorsement, approval, or affiliation.
Nothing in this section is intended to eliminate a right concerning lawfully owned physical property that applicable law makes non-waivable.
Back to top12. Outside Package Disclosure
TC Cache intends to place a source and independent-assembly disclosure on the outside of sealed Build packaging so the nature of the product remains visible before the package is opened.
The recommended Version 1.0 outside disclosure is:
Independently assembled and sealed by Trading Card Cache LLC according to customer selections. This package is not an official manufacturer-produced or manufacturer-sealed booster, deck, box, set, bundle, or assortment. Individual contents may be genuine products of one or more third-party manufacturers. No manufacturer sponsorship or endorsement is implied.
NOT FOR COMMERCIAL RESALE IN UNOPENED FORM. Subject to applicable law and the TC Cache Build Program Terms at tccache.com/build-terms.
The final physical layout may be shortened for available package space, provided the source, independent assembly, non-affiliation, and unopened-resale concepts remain clear and legible.
Back to top13. Inside Package Disclosure
TC Cache also intends to include a more complete disclosure inside sealed Build products when reasonably practical. The recommended Version 1.0 insert is:
This product was independently assembled by Trading Card Cache LLC, doing business as TC Cache, according to selections made by the original purchaser.
Individual trading cards, collectibles, or accessories inside may be genuine products originally manufactured or published by one or more third parties. Their respective trademarks, artwork, characters, product names, and other intellectual property belong to their respective owners.
This package itself was assembled and sealed by TC Cache. It is not an official booster pack, deck, box, set, bundle, or assortment manufactured, sponsored, endorsed, approved, or distributed by an underlying card manufacturer, publisher, league, licensor, or rights holder. Contents may include products from multiple unrelated brands.
The unopened TC Cache-assembled package is not intended for commercial resale. Do not represent it as an official manufacturer product or remove TC Cache source disclosures for the purpose of misleading another buyer.

TC Cache may include a QR code or short URL directing recipients to the current Build Program Terms.
Back to top14. After the Build Package Is Opened
Once the TC Cache-created outer Build package has been opened, the purchaser may ordinarily sell, trade, give away, use, collect, or otherwise dispose of the individual lawfully owned cards or products, subject to applicable law and any rights belonging to their respective manufacturers or rights holders.
TC Cache does not claim that buying an individual card through a Build prevents the customer from later selling that individual card merely because it previously appeared in a TC Cache package.
A later seller remains responsible for accurately describing the item and must not falsely imply that an individual product has a manufacturer history, grade, condition, provenance, sponsorship, or affiliation that it does not have.
Back to top15. Condition, Grading, and Manufacturer Variation
Unless expressly guaranteed otherwise, a raw trading card selected for a Build is not guaranteed to receive any particular grade from PSA, CGC, Beckett, SGC, or another grading company.
Condition descriptions, actual-item photographs, manufacturer variation, centering, print lines, foil variation, packaging variation, factory scratches, and similar collectible characteristics are governed by the applicable listing, the Terms and Conditions, and the Returns & Refunds Policy.
TC Cache packaging does not create a manufacturer warranty for the underlying third-party merchandise and does not alter any manufacturer warranty or legal right that otherwise applies.
Back to top16. No Game-Legality, Set, or Value Guarantee
Unless TC Cache expressly states otherwise, a customer-created Build is not represented or guaranteed to be:
- an official manufacturer assortment;
- a tournament-legal or format-legal deck;
- a complete official manufacturer set;
- a manufacturer-recommended combination;
- compatible with every game format, region, or digital code system;
- a guaranteed-value assortment;
- a guaranteed grading candidate; or
- worth any particular amount in the future.
The customer controls the selections within the choices TC Cache offers. TC Cache does not guarantee that those selections satisfy third-party game rules or collecting goals unless a particular Build product expressly includes that service.
Back to top17. Wrong Builds, Damage, and Remedies
If TC Cache makes a material assembly error, such as including the wrong customer-selected card, omitting a paid component, supplying materially different merchandise without approval, or otherwise failing to match the confirmed Build because of TC Cache's error, the customer should contact TC Cache promptly.
Depending on the circumstances, an appropriate remedy may include correction, replacement, return authorization, partial refund by agreement, full refund, or another lawful remedy.
Shipping damage, missing packages, and carrier issues are governed by the Shipping Policy. Return eligibility and Final Sale exceptions are governed by the Returns & Refunds Policy.
Back to top18. Build Records and Fulfillment
TC Cache may retain records reasonably necessary to assemble, verify, fulfill, support, or investigate a Build order. Records may include the selected contents, Build configuration, packaging theme, protection choices, price, order number, assembly status, fulfillment status, and applicable Build Terms version.
Build information is handled according to the Privacy Policy. Browser-local Build progress may be used for convenience, but server-side order and acceptance records remain authoritative once a transaction is submitted.
TC Cache does not guarantee that every intermediate Build screen, browser-local selection, or abandoned configuration will be retained indefinitely.
Back to top19. Changes and Versioning
TC Cache may change Build Program options, stages, packaging, available components, protection choices, pricing, or future Build offerings. Changes apply prospectively unless applicable law or the specific transaction requires otherwise.
Each published Build Terms version should identify its Version, Effective Date, and Last Updated date. TC Cache should retain historical versions so it can determine which Build Terms applied to a particular transaction.
A later Build Terms version will not be used in bad faith to rewrite the confirmed contents or material terms of an already accepted Build order.
