LONDONDERRY, NEW HAMPSHIRE • INDEPENDENT BY NATURE • FEE FREE OR DIE

A LONDONDERRY DIRECT-BUY PHILOSOPHY

FEE FREE OR DIE.

Fewer marketplace fees. More room for products, pricing, inventory, and rewards.

WHAT IT MEANS

Keep More Value in the Cache

Large marketplaces can take a meaningful percentage of each sale. Selling direct reduces that overhead and gives an independent business more flexibility.

01

Competitive Pricing

Less marketplace overhead creates more room to price products competitively.

02

More Inventory

More of each sale can go back into the products collectors want.

03

Better Rewards

More flexibility helps support Fully Loaded gifts and other customer benefits.

FEE FREE MEANS

  • Reducing unnecessary marketplace seller fees
  • Encouraging secure direct checkout
  • Putting more value into products and rewards
  • Giving customers a clear choice

IT DOES NOT MEAN

  • That normal payment-processing costs disappear
  • That shipping, supplies, taxes, or operations are free
  • That every item will always be cheaper than every marketplace
  • That New Hampshire has literally “no taxes”

THE NEW HAMPSHIRE CONNECTION

Independent Choices, Not Zero Responsibilities

New Hampshire’s official motto is “Live Free or Die.” TC Cache’s “Fee Free or Die” is a retail-minded tribute to that independent Granite State spirit, not a promise that operating a business has no costs.

The state does not have a general sales tax on goods purchased in New Hampshire, and it does not tax an individual’s reported W-2 wages. The former Interest and Dividends Tax was repealed for tax periods beginning after December 31, 2024.

New Hampshire still has property, business, meals-and-rooms, and other taxes. Online orders shipped outside New Hampshire may also be subject to applicable destination-state tax rules.

A STATE WILLING TO DO THINGS DIFFERENTLY

Tax Tradition, the First Modern State Lottery, and an Early Constitution

NO GENERAL SALES TAX

Retail Independence

New Hampshire does not impose a general sales tax on goods purchased in the state. That does not eliminate all taxes, but it is a defining part of the state’s identity.

1964

First Modern State Lottery

New Hampshire launched the nation’s first modern state lottery. The sweepstakes was promoted as a voluntary way to raise money for public education, with tickets going on sale March 12, 1964.

1776

Early Self-Government

On January 5, 1776, New Hampshire created what the state calls the nation’s first free constitution months before the Declaration of Independence.

WHY THE LOTTERY STORY FITS

A Voluntary Alternative for Public Education

The New Hampshire Sweepstakes was not “fee free,” but the reasoning fits the wider brand story: the state pursued a different, voluntary revenue model rather than simply copying what other states were doing.

TC Cache applies that independent thinking on a much smaller scale. Buying direct reduces avoidable marketplace overhead, helping the business put more resources into inventory, pricing flexibility, and Fully Loaded rewards.
