COLLECTOR OF THE MONTH
Official Rules & Prize Terms
These Official Rules & Prize Terms govern participation in TC Cache Collector of the Month and form a binding agreement between each participant and the Sponsor. By opting in at checkout, you acknowledge that you have reviewed and agree to these rules. Collector of the Month is a score-based customer competition. The winner is determined by Collector Score under the published scoring method, not by a random drawing. Please read these rules before participating.
Sponsor & Administrator
Collector of the Month is sponsored and administered by Trading Card Cache LLC, doing business as TC Cache, Londonderry, New Hampshire, United States (the "Sponsor"). Questions about the competition or these Official Rules may be submitted through TC Cache customer support. References to TC Cache or Sponsor in these rules mean Trading Card Cache LLC unless the context requires otherwise.
Eligibility & Enrollment
Participation is optional and is currently limited to legal residents of the United States who are at least eighteen (18) years old or the age of majority in their state of residence, whichever is older, and who are otherwise legally eligible to participate and receive a prize. Employees, managers, officers, contractors directly involved in administering the competition, and members of their immediate households are not eligible. A participant joins by selecting the Collector of the Month opt-in during an eligible TC Cache checkout and accepting these Official Rules. The email address used on qualifying paid orders identifies the participant for Collector Score purposes. Participants are responsible for providing complete and accurate eligibility, contact, and shipping information. Participation is void where prohibited or restricted by law.
Competition Period
Unless TC Cache publishes a different period before a competition begins, each Collector of the Month competition starts at 12:00:00 a.m. Eastern Time on the first calendar day of the month and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. Eastern Time on the final calendar day of that month. TC Cache systems and records are the official timekeeping method for determining order payment times, enrollment, score activity, and the close of the competition. Scores reset for the next competition period. Only eligible, successfully paid TC Cache direct-store orders credited to the participant during the applicable period may contribute to the final score.
Scoring & Winner Determination
Collector Score is calculated using the scoring method published by TC Cache for the competition. The highest eligible final Collector Score wins. The winner is not selected at random. If participants finish with the same score, TC Cache applies the published tie-breaking order. TC Cache records control in the event of a reasonable discrepancy and may correct technical errors, duplicate transactions, payment reversals, refunded orders, obvious data errors, or other activity that would incorrectly affect the leaderboard. Subject to applicable law and any non-waivable rights, Sponsor's reasonable, good-faith determinations concerning eligibility, scoring, tie-breaking, verification, and administration of the competition are final.

The current monthly prize title, description, Actual Retail Value, and 1-prize disclosure are incorporated into these Official Rules for the active competition period. Collectible values can fluctuate and no future resale value is guaranteed.
Prize Valuation
For purposes of the monthly Consumer Disclosure, TC Cache determines the prize's Actual Retail Value in good faith using the valuation methods applicable under New Hampshire RSA 358-O:4. When reasonably available, TC Cache may use the price at which substantial sales of the item occurred in the relevant area during the preceding 90 days. New Hampshire law also permits an alternative based on TC Cache's actual cost of the prize plus no more than 700 percent, but not above TC Cache's good-faith estimate of appraised retail value. For individual trading cards and similar collectibles without a fixed manufacturer retail price, recent comparable sales may be used when they reasonably reflect market transactions. Money spent opening sealed packs or boxes is not automatically treated as the acquisition cost of a particular card pulled from those products. Collectible values fluctuate and the disclosed value does not guarantee any future resale value.
Separate Monthly Competitions
Each monthly Collector of the Month competition is a separate promotion. Prize type, contents, language, category, and Actual Retail Value may differ substantially from one competition period to another. A prior month's prize does not create a minimum value, recurring prize level, or entitlement for any future month. TC Cache is not obligated to conduct Collector of the Month in every future month. Once TC Cache publishes the prize for an active competition period, that published prize structure applies to that period, subject to the substitution provisions in these Official Rules. If an advertised item becomes unavailable, TC Cache may substitute an item of comparable or greater value rather than reduce the active competition solely because of availability.
PRIZE TERMS
Prize Terms & Substitutions
The prize for each competition is the prize or prize category published by TC Cache for that period. Unless the current monthly prize details say otherwise, trading-card prizes may include English, Japanese, Simplified Chinese, Traditional Chinese, Korean, or other officially licensed regional releases. Exact cards, collectibles, variants, languages, or other prize contents may vary and may be selected or revealed at random, but random selection of prize contents does not determine the competition winner. Prize offerings may change between competition periods. If an advertised item becomes unavailable during an active competition, TC Cache may substitute an item of comparable or greater value while maintaining the general published prize structure. Images and stated market values, when shown, are informational and do not guarantee a future resale value. Unless TC Cache expressly states otherwise, prizes have no cash alternative and may not be redeemed for store credit or cash.
FULFILLMENT
Prize Delivery & Address
Unless TC Cache approves an alternate address before shipment, the prize will be addressed and shipped to the most recent valid United States shipping address associated with an eligible paid TC Cache order under the email address used for the winning Collector Score. The winner is responsible for ensuring that the name, email address, and shipping address supplied to TC Cache are complete, current, and accurate. TC Cache is not responsible for delivery failures, delays, returned shipments, or additional costs caused by an incorrect, incomplete, outdated, inaccessible, or otherwise undeliverable address supplied by the participant. A request to change the prize delivery address may require additional verification and must be approved before the prize is shipped.
Carrier, Loss, Theft & Damage
TC Cache may choose the shipping carrier, service, packaging, insurance, and tracking method used for prize fulfillment. The confirmed winner will not be charged shipping or handling to receive the prize. Tracking will be provided when available. Once a prize has been properly addressed and accepted by the shipping carrier, carrier delay, loss, theft after delivery, misdelivery, or shipping damage is subject to the carrier's tracking, insurance, and claims procedures. To the extent permitted by applicable law, TC Cache is not responsible for loss, theft, damage, or delay occurring after a properly addressed prize has been tendered to the carrier. TC Cache may reasonably assist with an available carrier claim, but replacement or reimbursement is not guaranteed if a carrier claim is unavailable, denied, or insufficient, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
Winner Verification & Unclaimed Prizes
Final leaderboard standings are provisional until eligibility and required information are verified. The participant with the highest eligible final Collector Score is the potential winner, not the confirmed winner, until TC Cache completes verification and sends a final winner confirmation. TC Cache will normally contact the potential winner using the email address associated with the Collector Score and may require verification of identity, age, residence, eligibility, account email, and prize delivery information, plus reasonable prize or tax documentation. Unless TC Cache provides a different deadline, the potential winner must respond within three (3) days. If verification is completed, TC Cache may then send final written confirmation that the participant is the winner. The confirmed prize will be provided without an additional purchase obligation or prize fee, and TC Cache will ship or otherwise deliver the prize at no expense to the confirmed winner within ten (10) days after TC Cache represents that the person has won, consistent with applicable New Hampshire law. If the potential winner cannot reasonably be contacted, does not timely complete verification, is ineligible, declines the prize, or cannot provide a valid deliverable address, TC Cache may move to the next eligible Collector based on the final standings before issuing final winner confirmation.
Refunds, Cancellations & Payment Reversals
Cancelled, refunded, reversed, charged-back, fraudulent, duplicate, or otherwise ineligible transactions do not count toward a final Collector Score. TC Cache may remove or correct points associated with such transactions even if they appeared on the leaderboard earlier in the month. A purchase made primarily to create artificial competition activity may be excluded where reasonably necessary to preserve fair operation of the program.
Fraud & Abuse
TC Cache may disqualify a participant or exclude activity where there is reasonable evidence of fraud, automated or artificial transactions, false identities, manipulation of orders or returns, deliberate score manipulation, abuse of multiple accounts or email addresses, interference with the site or leaderboard, or other conduct that undermines the fair operation of Collector of the Month.
Taxes, Transfer & Cash Value
Any taxes, reporting obligations, fees, or other obligations arising from acceptance or use of a prize are the responsibility of the winner unless applicable law requires otherwise. A prize is not transferable and may not be exchanged for cash, store credit, or another prize unless TC Cache specifically approves the change.
Technical Failures & Data Integrity
TC Cache is not responsible for participation or score information that is delayed, lost, incomplete, corrupted, duplicated, or misdirected because of internet outages, payment processor delays, carrier or service-provider interruptions, browser or device issues, database errors, server failures, software bugs, unauthorized interference, or other technical causes beyond TC Cache's reasonable control. A screenshot, browser display, email, or other participant-side record is not by itself conclusive proof that a transaction or score event was received or credited. When a technical issue affects the leaderboard, Sponsor may use its server, payment, order, and audit records to reconstruct or correct the affected results in a reasonable and consistent manner.
Program Changes, Suspension & Cancellation
TC Cache may revise future Collector of the Month competitions, scoring disclosures, prize categories, or these Official Rules before a new competition period begins. A material rules revision should be identified by a new Rules Version and effective date. During an active competition, TC Cache will not intentionally reduce an advertised prize merely because of who is leading or wins. TC Cache may make reasonable corrections, substitute unavailable prize items with comparable or greater value, or suspend, modify, or cancel the competition if fraud, technical failure, legal restrictions, inventory problems, carrier disruption, force majeure, or other circumstances beyond TC Cache's reasonable control make fair administration or fulfillment impractical. TC Cache will make reasonable efforts to preserve the integrity of an active competition when circumstances permit.
Privacy & Public Leaderboard
The public leaderboard is designed to display limited participant information, such as first name, last initial, shipping state, rank, and Collector Score. TC Cache does not intentionally publish the participant's email address, street address, or purchase amount as part of the leaderboard. Information reasonably necessary to administer the competition, verify a winner, prevent abuse, and fulfill a prize may be used privately by TC Cache.
Competition & Marketing Communications
Joining Collector of the Month allows TC Cache to send communications reasonably necessary to administer the competition, including eligibility, score, winner verification, prize fulfillment, support, and similar program messages. Promotional marketing email consent is separate and optional. A participant may decline or unsubscribe from promotional marketing emails without leaving an active Collector of the Month competition, although transactional and competition-administration messages may still be sent when reasonably necessary.
Limitations & Applicable Law
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Trading Card Cache LLC, doing business as TC Cache, is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential damages arising solely from participation in Collector of the Month or acceptance, shipment, use, misuse, loss, or damage of a prize. Nothing in these rules excludes or limits rights, remedies, duties, or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded or limited. Collector of the Month is subject to applicable federal, state, and local law and is void where prohibited. TC Cache may interpret and administer these rules in good faith to preserve fair operation of the competition.
Rules Hierarchy & Interpretation
These Official Rules govern Collector of the Month generally. The current monthly prize details and any competition-specific disclosures published by TC Cache supplement these Official Rules. If a specific monthly disclosure expressly states that it changes a general rule for that competition, the specific disclosure controls only for that stated issue and period. Otherwise, these Official Rules control. Headings are for convenience and do not limit the meaning of a provision.
Severability & No Waiver
If a court or other authority with jurisdiction determines that a provision of these Official Rules is invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted and the remaining provisions will continue in effect. Sponsor's failure to enforce a provision on one occasion does not waive the right to enforce that provision or any other provision later. No waiver is effective unless made by TC Cache in writing.
