Fully Loaded Terms & Consumer Disclosure

1. Nature and Scope

Fully Loaded is a limited promotional thank-you gift program associated with certain bona fide merchandise purchases from TC Cache. It is not a separate product sold by TC Cache.

The merchandise identified in the customer's order is the merchandise being purchased. A Fully Loaded gift is promotional and separate from that purchased merchandise.

2. Fully Loaded Eligibility

Only merchandise specifically identified as Fully Loaded Eligible at the time the applicable order is submitted and accepted qualifies. Eligibility may vary by listing, variant, inventory unit, promotional period, customer location, or other disclosed program condition.

Past eligibility does not create future eligibility. A product is not entitled to Fully Loaded merely because the same or a similar product qualified earlier.

The number of complimentary Fully Loaded gift selections, if more than one is associated with a particular item or order, must be stated before purchase.

3. Merchandise Purchase and No Separate Roll Charge

Customers purchase the merchandise identified in their order at the displayed retail price. TC Cache does not separately sell Fully Loaded rolls, chances, entries, dice outcomes, or game play, and does not state a separate Fully Loaded participation charge.

Fully Loaded is not intended to convert the underlying retail transaction into the purchase of a chance. The purchased merchandise must have independent retail value apart from the promotional thank-you gift.

TC Cache may provide themed presentation, dice towers, recorded content, or other entertainment around Fully Loaded without separately charging the customer for that presentation.

4. While Promotional Supplies Last

Fully Loaded is available while promotional supplies last. TC Cache may pause, deactivate, limit, or discontinue Fully Loaded eligibility for future transactions when promotional inventory, operational capacity, program availability, legal restrictions, or other legitimate circumstances require it.

TC Cache should disable or remove Fully Loaded eligibility from future listings when it no longer has a reasonable basis to fulfill the program as described.

If TC Cache accepts an order while the applicable merchandise is actively identified as Fully Loaded Eligible, TC Cache will not rely on a later program pause merely to avoid an otherwise valid qualifying promotional obligation.

5. Independent Merchandise Pricing

TC Cache independently sets merchandise prices using ordinary retail considerations such as condition, acquisition cost, supply, demand, scarcity, actual-item photography, inventory, presentation, market activity, and comparable transactions.

Third-party price guides, TCG marketplaces, auction results, asking prices, or recent sales do not establish a mandatory retail price for TC Cache. Different copies of similar collectibles may legitimately be sold at different prices.

TC Cache will not intentionally disguise a separate Fully Loaded participation fee by artificially inflating a merchandise price solely to obtain a dice outcome. The merchandise sale must remain a bona fide retail sale in its own right.

6. Seven-Dice Gift Selection Process

Unless a current disclosure states otherwise, the Fully Loaded process uses seven ordinary six-sided dice. The values shown on all seven dice are added together, producing an initial total from 7 through 42.

The current Fully Loaded board associates each non-reroll total with a particular promotional thank-you gift or gift category. The board displayed for the applicable promotional period controls, subject to any clearly disclosed correction of an obvious error.

TC Cache will not intentionally manipulate the dice, alter a completed valid result, or select a different result because a particular gift is more expensive or less convenient to fulfill.

7. Re-Rolls

Under the current board, initial totals of 22 and 27 are free re-roll outcomes rather than final gift outcomes. When one of those totals occurs, all seven dice are rolled again and the new total is evaluated under the same board.

If another re-roll total occurs, the process repeats until a non-reroll total is produced, unless the applicable published board expressly provides a different rule.

The mathematical effect of those automatic re-rolls is reflected in the final-gift odds table below.

8. Current Consumer Disclosure and Odds

The disclosure below explains the seven-dice odds used by Fully Loaded. Gift-specific retail values and quantities are published with the active Fully Loaded board when the program is offered. If no merchandise is marked Fully Loaded Eligible, Fully Loaded may be paused and no promotional gift inventory is being represented.

Important: the value and quantity placeholders above make this disclosure unsuitable for public activation until completed. When a specific gift is won, depleted, replaced, or a board cycle changes, TC Cache should update the applicable disclosure before representing a new transaction as eligible under the changed board.

9. Gift Availability and Substitution

Promotional gifts remain subject to disclosed availability. TC Cache will make reasonable efforts to maintain the gift inventory represented for the applicable promotional period.

If a particular gift becomes unavailable after an eligible transaction because of an inventory discrepancy, loss, damage, discontinuation, supplier issue, safety issue, or another circumstance outside TC Cache's reasonable control, TC Cache may, where legally permitted, substitute a promotional gift of reasonably comparable or greater retail value.

TC Cache will not intentionally advertise an unavailable high-value gift merely to induce purchases while planning to substitute a lower-value item.

10. Good-Faith Administration

TC Cache administers Fully Loaded in good faith and intends to honor qualifying promotional gifts according to the board and terms applicable to the transaction.

Records may include the qualifying order, number of gift selections, dice result, reroll result if applicable, assigned gift, substitution if any, fulfillment status, and relevant inventory record.

Fully Loaded is promotional and subject to availability, but “promotional” does not authorize TC Cache to disregard an already accepted qualifying transaction in bad faith.

11. Videos and Recorded Content

TC Cache may photograph, record, edit, publish, stream, or otherwise document Fully Loaded activity for transparency, entertainment, marketing, or internal recordkeeping.

The absence, delay, editing, removal, or non-publication of a video does not invalidate an otherwise properly administered Fully Loaded result.

TC Cache should avoid publicly displaying private customer information in Fully Loaded content unless separately authorized or otherwise lawful.

12. Gift Fulfillment and Shipping

A Fully Loaded gift will ordinarily be packed with the qualifying order when operationally practical. TC Cache may fulfill it separately when packaging, inventory, carrier, safety, or other legitimate fulfillment circumstances make separate shipment appropriate.

Unless a future disclosure expressly and lawfully states otherwise, TC Cache will not require an additional shipping or handling payment merely to receive an already assigned Fully Loaded gift associated with an accepted qualifying order.

Shipping and delivery remain subject to the Shipping Policy and applicable carrier limitations.

13. Cancellations, Returns, Refunds, and Chargebacks

Fully Loaded eligibility depends on the qualifying merchandise transaction. If that transaction is cancelled before fulfillment, refunded, reversed, determined fraudulent, or successfully charged back, TC Cache may cancel or reverse associated promotional eligibility to the extent permitted by law and the circumstances.

If a customer seeks a voluntary return of otherwise returnable merchandise after receiving a promotional gift, TC Cache may require return of the associated gift where the promotion clearly made the gift conditional on the qualifying purchase, return is practical, and applicable law permits it.

A legitimate statutory return, refund, chargeback, or consumer complaint will not be treated as fraud merely because Fully Loaded was associated with the order.

14. Fraud, Manipulation, and Program Abuse

TC Cache may deny or reverse Fully Loaded eligibility, restrict an account, or take other lawful action when there is reasonable evidence of intentional fraud or manipulation, including false payment disputes, duplicate-account circumvention, falsified qualifying transactions, interference with the dice process, exploitation of a known program bug, or collusion intended to obtain gifts contrary to the published rules.

Ordinary use of accessibility tools, browser functions, honest complaints, negative reviews, legitimate returns, and good-faith payment disputes are not program abuse.

15. Gift Value, Cash, and Taxes

Fully Loaded gifts are promotional merchandise and are not represented as cash, stored value, investment products, or guaranteed resale value. A current disclosure may identify a reasonable retail value for transparency and compliance purposes.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, Fully Loaded gifts are not redeemable from TC Cache for cash and may not be exchanged solely because a customer would prefer a different gift.

A recipient is responsible for any tax obligation that applicable law imposes on the recipient because of a promotional item. TC Cache may request information reasonably necessary to satisfy a legal reporting obligation if one applies.

16. Third-Party Brands and No Affiliation

Fully Loaded gifts may include genuine merchandise originally produced by third-party manufacturers, publishers, licensors, or rights holders. Their names, trademarks, characters, artwork, and product names remain their property.

Unless TC Cache expressly states otherwise, Fully Loaded is independently operated by Trading Card Cache LLC and is not sponsored, endorsed, approved, administered, or operated by Pokémon, Nintendo, The Pokémon Company, Disney, Ravensburger, Wizards of the Coast, Topps, Panini, or another underlying manufacturer, publisher, league, licensor, marketplace, or grading company.

Identifying genuine merchandise by its ordinary brand or product name does not imply affiliation with TC Cache.

17. Changes, Versioning, and Jurisdiction

TC Cache may change the Fully Loaded board, available gifts, values, quantities, eligibility, or mechanics for future transactions, but should identify the applicable version or promotional period and should not silently rewrite an already accepted qualifying transaction.

Fully Loaded may be unavailable in a jurisdiction where TC Cache determines the program cannot lawfully or practically be offered. TC Cache may use state or location restrictions before purchase where appropriate.

Promotional-gift and chance-related laws may vary by jurisdiction. Nothing in these Fully Loaded Terms is intended to waive a non-waivable consumer or promotional-law requirement.
